Pipe Lighting announces the launch of PixelMat, a new lighting tool designed to expand creative possibilities on film sets, in studios, and in virtual production
environments.

Developed as a fast-deploy softbox system, PixelMat combines high-output RGBWW light with an ultra-thin, flexible form factor. Unlike traditional panels or rigid frames, it can be integrated directly into the set – mounted to ceilings, wrapped around structures, or used inside frames, allowing cinematographers to shape light in spaces where conventional fixtures cannot be used.

With pixel mapping capabilities, a wide CCT range of 2100–17000K, and professional wireless control via CRMX, DMX, and Bluetooth, PixelMat offers both
precision and creative freedom. The system is built for real production conditions, featuring IP67 protection and passive cooling for silent operation.

The flagship configuration, PixelMat 4×82, delivers high-output soft light while maintaining a lightweight and modular design, with panels that can be used
individually or combined into larger lighting surfaces depending on the setup.

PixelMat is available in multiple configurations, including:
PixelMat 42 / 2×42 / 82 / 2×82 / 4×82
