Bio’s
Matt Porwoll is an Emmy and Sundance award-winning documentary cinematographer based in New York.
Porwoll shot and produced the film Once Upon a Time in Uganda, winning the Grand Jury Prize at the 2021 DocNYC Film Festival. The feature documentary Cartel Land, which Matt shot and co-produced, won Best Cinematography Awards at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival, 2016 Cinema Eye Honors and 2016 Primetime Emmys. The film was also nominated for an Academy Award® for Best Documentary Feature.

Claudia Raschke, Director of Photography, is an award-winning cinematographer. She has photographed independent feature films and documentaries for over 20 years and is best known for her smooth hand-held camera work and chiaroscuro lighting style. Her background training is in dance, martial arts and fine arts. Claudia is based in New York City.
Among her many notable award-winning films are: Oscar-nominated and Emmy winning RBG (Magnolia/ Participant/ CNN), Oscar short-listed JULIA (CNN / Imagine Entertainment/ Sony Classic), Critics Choice nominated FAUCI (NAT GEO/ Magnolia/ Disney+), Peabody winning and NAACP Image Award nominated MY NAME IS PAULI MURRAY (Amazon Studios/Participant Media), Oscar short-listed and Emmy winning BOYS STATE (A24), Oscar-nominated GOD IS THE BIGGER ELVIS (HBO), Oscar short-listed MAD HOT BALLROOM (Paramount), PARTICLE FEVER (Bond 360), THE FREEDOM TO MARRY (Argot Pictures). Her latest documentary series work titled THE HOUSE OF HAMMER (Discovery) aired Sept of 2022.

Wolfgang Held, ASC is self-taught in narrative camerawork and learned his craft by trial and error and by devouring the ASC magazines cover to cover. He has been the cinematographer of over 100 films, which have premiered at all the major international film festivals, won many awards and been nominated for Academy Awards twice, with one win. Individually he has won seven cinematography awards, including a Primetime Emmy. His cinematography has been singled out by the New York Times as “lushly sensual” and as having “the same penetrating vision of adolescence found in the photographs of Nan Goldin and Sally Mann.”
Wolfgang has photographed films for directors Ron Howard, Alex Gibney, Larry Charles, Matt Heineman, Liz Garbus, Sam Pollard, Joe Berlinger, Nanette Burstein, Brett Morgan and Gary Winick. Throughout his career he has made films with his wife Pola Rapaport. In 2013 he co-founded the Kamera Kollektiv New York City, a group of like-minded camerawomen and cameramen who share a passion for cinematic, social-justice inspired documentaries.
